Who we are

azkhaa.com is operated by Azkhaa (“Azkhaa”, “we”, “us”), India. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or buy from us, how we use it and the choices you have. It is written to meet our obligations under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

• Order details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address and any delivery note.
• Order records: what you bought, the amount paid, and the order and payment reference numbers.
• Payment information: payments are handled by our payment partner, Razorpay. We never receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or netbanking password.
• Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp, email or social media.
• Technical information: our hosting provider automatically records basic data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the website secure and working.

How we use it

• To process, pack and deliver your order and to send you order and delivery updates.
• To answer your questions, handle cancellations, replacements and refunds.
• To prevent fraud and keep our website secure.
• To keep the accounting and tax records the law requires.

We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to process your payment securely.
• Courier and logistics partners, who receive your name, phone number and address so they can deliver your order.
• Technology providers who host our website and help us run our business, under confidentiality obligations.
• Government or law enforcement authorities, where we are legally required to.

Cookies and browser storage

Our website saves the contents of your bag in your browser's local storage, and the checkout details you type in your browser's session storage, so nothing is lost if the page reloads. This information stays on your device. We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited our website. It records pages viewed and shopping actions (viewing the product, adding to the bag, starting checkout and placing an order, with the order value) and may set cookies; we do not send Meta your name, address, phone number or email. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block these cookies in your browser. Razorpay's checkout may set its own cookies that are needed to process payments securely.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as we need it to fulfil and support your order, and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and other laws require. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

How we protect it

Our website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and payments are processed by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your personal information, withdraw consent you have given us, or nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. To do so, write to us at our email address. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

Our website is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please shop with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal information, please contact our grievance officer. We aim to respond within 7 days.
