Shipping policy
Where we ship
We deliver across India to all PIN codes our courier partners can reach. We don't ship outside India yet — if you'd like to order from abroad, please get in touch.
When your order ships
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of successful payment (or of your order being confirmed, for cash on delivery). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
How long delivery takes
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas, the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and the islands can take a little longer.
Shipping charges
Delivery is included in the price, so there is no extra shipping charge.
The exact charge, if any, is always shown in your bag before you pay.
Cash on delivery
Where it is offered at checkout, you can pay in cash to the delivery partner when your order arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready. For cash-on-delivery orders we ask for a small advance paid online to confirm the order (the amount is shown at checkout), and you pay the rest in cash when it arrives. We may confirm cash-on-delivery orders with you by WhatsApp or phone before they ship, and we may ask for online payment instead if we can't reach you or if earlier cash-on-delivery parcels to the same address were refused.
Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched, we'll send the courier name and tracking number to the mobile number or email address you gave at checkout.
Delivery address
Please double-check your address, PIN code and mobile number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available after repeated attempts, we can reship it, but a fresh shipping charge may apply.
Delays
Occasionally deliveries are delayed by weather, strikes, festivals or other events outside our control. If your order is running late, message us and we'll chase the courier for you.
