Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number and we will refund the full amount. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

Azkhaa is a food product, so for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened packs, or returns because you changed your mind.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, incorrect or incomplete, we'll put it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number (it starts with AZK);
• clear photos of the outer box, the pouch and the shipping label;
• an unboxing video, if you have one — it helps us resolve things faster.

Once we have reviewed your request, we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Orders that don't arrive

If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery time in our shipping policy, please let us know. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will reship it at no cost or refund you in full.

Cash-on-delivery orders

If you cancel a cash-on-delivery order before it ships, we refund the advance you paid online to your original payment method; the balance was never collected, so nothing else is due. If you refuse a parcel at the door without a valid reason, we may ask for online payment on your next order. If an approved refund or replacement is due on a cash-on-delivery order that you have already paid for, we will refund you by bank transfer or UPI to details you confirm with us.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds on online payments are made to the original payment method through Razorpay.
• We start approved refunds within 2 business days. Depending on your bank, the money usually reaches your account within 5–7 business days after that.
• We cannot refund shipping charges for parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts.
