These terms apply when you use azkhaa.com or buy from us. The website is operated by Azkhaa, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, shipping policy and refund and cancellation policy.

Using our website

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or shop with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• Please give accurate contact and delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
• Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our products

Azkhaa Date Seed Coffee is a natural food product made from roasted, ground date seeds. Colour, aroma and taste can vary slightly from batch to batch, and product photographs are for illustration. Information on this website is general and is not medical advice. If you are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition, please talk to your doctor before adding a new food to your diet.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST). Any shipping charge is shown before you pay.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and supported wallets. Cash on delivery is also available where it is shown at checkout.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once your payment is successful, or, for cash on delivery, once you have placed it and paid the online advance shown at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, your PIN code is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud. If that happens, we will refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method.

Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Intellectual property

The Azkhaa name and logo, our product photographs, designs and the text on this website belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered city.
